Hi! Yesterday I've received the offer from cmiVFX "Half Price on EVERYTHING at cmiVFX for 1 Day only".
I sent email as I should... and nothing!
Why do you offer discounts without possibility of order?!?

Yeah, I got the same email and sent the email to CMIVFX as well. I too didn't get any reply. What gives? Was the offer for real? Cheers G |

I'm guessing that they are still getting their new back end purchasing system together. Don't worry, I'm sure everyone who sent in their order request that day will be getting a response as soon as they have it all situated.
Though I do admit, I'm a little anxious myself to know what's happening  |

Yes, that was very real. Im sorry you guys missed it.
We are totally doing some crazy things to our backend servers.
I was in a rush, and had to get the sale out fast.... it seems like many people missed it.
Just make sure that our email is saved in your contacts list so it doesnt go to spam.

do you mean "many people got the shaft"?
I got your e-mail at 12:03 on friday morning, I had sent out 2 emails by the end of that day to the address specified. Still no reply in junk e-mail or anywhere.
I know you guys think you're the greatest thing since sliced bread and that's fine, but treat your customers with some respect.

Hi there, I as well emailed in time and received no response..
I was made the offer at, Thu, Jun 19, 2008 at 8:03 PM
the body of the email specified:
"FOR THE DATE OF : JUNE 20, 2008 ONLY for 24 hour period. GLOBAL"
and I made a request for 2 training videos:
"to admin@cmivfx.com
date Fri, Jun 20, 2008 at 12:27 PM"
to which I received no reply. what gives? I'll email support as well to ask, saw this thread and thought I'd throw in my issue as well. |
