Hi guys,
I made a composite in Shake a couple of months ago, with sometimelapse footage of a sky, water and an island (wich was a still). the reflection of the island moved in the water (it stayed at its orgiginal place but "waved" with the intensity of the waves....). Over the image ran a time bar, indicating that the footage that we saw actually was a waveform. It was used as a commercial for a soundstudio.
Now they asked me to resend the film for their site to make a x-mas-ish soundtrack.
I thought i'd give them a treat and put some extra snow on there (which I made in Motion2, it looks cool). I have put some snow on top of the trees, and I put lights onto the trees.
I made 3 sets of lights in Photoshop, and let them flicker on, but once on I want them to glow.
Where do I get the glow, or how do I fake the glow effect.
I used the genarts 30 day trial plugins, but the 30 are spent. So no more plugz.
Any ID's?
If not in Shake, another package (but not fusion) since I don't have it (yet!!)
thanks in advance!
GR

have you seen the cmi shake macros?
http://www.cmivfx.com/product_shake_plugins.asp
i builta glow system that you can modify at will. Its also got a resolution accelerator in there for Large comps. You might wanna take a look at it.
let me know if you have questions regarding these macros. They are very extensible and in most instances work well on high contrast imagery.
