Hi guys,
it's a bit annoying that I didn't get an answer by email so far.
I'm a new customer and bought the latest c4d tutorial.
The player worked fine the first day, but when I wanted to continue the next day the chapers were gone and I'm not able to move to a specific time.
This only happens with the matte painting C4D tutorial.
The free available tutorials seems to be working fine.
I'm working at an IT department and tried several PCs here and at home
with different browsers. They all show the same behavior.
Please check this and let me know what I can do to finally watch the rest of the tutorial.

many thanks in advance
-Michael

Hi,

I too am having problems only with the matte painting C4D tutorial. All my other videos work, but this one is always audio only, never video.
I'm on a Mac G5 quad, OSX 10.4.11.
Thanks for your attention to this matter,
Frank

t's not acceptable that just ignore my emails and posts. Either fix the video so I can see what I payed for, give me an alternative such as a DVD, or give me my money back.

Please do the responsible thing.

Frank I have the same problems like you - problems with that video and problems with support behavior. The worst thing is that I really need some tips from that video - I have work do to. I hope they (support) can help us soon.
